Before I started my IVF experience, I searched the net looking for other personal IVF/infertility accounts and had a hard time finding them. I decided to use my blog as a journal, not only to share with others going through IVF but to share with my family and hopefully, one day my new baby.
This blog is about my personal IVF experience. There are a few topics where photos are posted of me giving my IVF injections, if you have a sensative stomach or prefer not to see something like that, please skip it and go on to the next.
I hope you find this interesting, insightful and helpful!

The blog came out great. I wish I could say that I will visit often but I have been here for 5 minutes and I am already crying. I think I had my heart set on this just as much as you nad Kraig. It was hard to see my 'adopted" sister hurting so bad. I love you!!!
Mel, thanks for posting this. I'm sure you are going to help tons of people with a real account of what goes on. So many times you hear the good things, but you rarely hear about the problems.
This too has affected me being your friend. My heart goes out to you. I just wanted to say I admire your courage and strength and know things will work out soon.
I'm praying that peace is surrounding you during all this and that you have the clarity of mind and heart to make the best decisions for you and your family.
Having just read your story really pulls on the heart strings for me. About to start IVF myself. I have many dissapointments recently and just want to you to be strong and stay positive. I hope everything goes well for you and you get want you want. Thankyou for your story. Rachel
